Role: Sam is a member of our advisory team, providing detailed advice to our clients, with a specific focus on retirement living. Additionally, his role includes product ownership of Carterwood’s retirement living market analysis reports and our alternative site assessment reports and providing ongoing innovation of these products.

Background: Sam initially joined the team on placement in 2017, before returning after graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, and was promoted to associate in 2022.

Passion: In his spare time, Sam enjoys reading and sports such as football and Formula 1.
