Role: Luke’s key responsibilities include the production of bespoke spreadsheet tools and Excel dashboards, bespoke market analysis, the development and handling of key internal processes, and managing the company’s core underlying datasets. He was also integral to the development of our innovative staffing analysis, which is now incorporated into a wide variety of our care home products.

Background: Luke joined our advisory team in 2015 as a research analyst and was promoted to associate in 2020. He graduated from the University of the West of England with a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance.

Passion: Luke is a keen sports enthusiast, with particular interest in football, tennis and Formula 1. His sporting career highlight was representing the Wiltshire County football team, although it was only a friendly, and on just the one occasion.
