Jane joined the team in 2018 and was promoted to finance director in 2022.

Role: Jane is responsible for Carterwood’s finance function, including applying her keen eye for detail to budget management, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning and development. Jane also heads up our Social & Environmental engagement and led the team assessing our impact under the B Corp framework.

Background: As an FCCA qualified accountant, she brings more than 25 years of experience, including over 5 years’ audit experience with a top 10 accountancy firm and eight years’ corporate finance experience.

Passion: When she’s not busy holidaying in the UK and abroad with the family caravan, Jane enjoys watching sport, live music and reading.
