Role: As a research analyst, Elyssa works closely with data for care homes and older people’s housing, ensuring the data is clean, up to date and well maintained in our databases. She is also involved in testing new updates for our Carterwood Analytics platforms, alongside conducting research for our advisory reports.

Background: Elyssa joined our team at the start of 2021 and was promoted to analyst in 2022.

Elyssa graduated from the University of West of England with a degree in Business Management, and has several years’ experience in hospitality management.

Passion: Elyssa loves to explore new areas, especially historical sites, and is a huge fan of cooking – sharing creations and experiments on Instagram. She is also an avid reader, enjoying the feeling of getting lost in another universe. As a passionate animal lover, if there is ever anything animal related, you can count her in.
