Salary: £25k-£28k+

 

Salary: £25k-£28k p/a if full-time (open to more experienced candidates part-time for the same cost)

Working style: Hybrid (minimum 2 days p/w in the office in north Bristol)

Here are some of the key competencies we’re looking for:

  • Creative: An eye for design (plus practical skills, e.g. competent with Canva), natural creativity, and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organised: Ability to keep multiple plates spinning at the same time, and prioritising and re-prioritising deadlines frequently
  • Tech-minded: Complete comfort in using different software products – from writing excel formulas to creating email campaigns in Mailchimp

Ideally, you’ll have at least a year or two of practical marketing/communications experience already, but we’re happy to consider graduates in a related field who are looking for their first role. Equally, if you are more experienced and can help us achieve our goals with on a part-time basis, we’d be delighted to speak to you.

The role

Key accountabilities:

  • Content and communications (co-ordinating research reports, product/service email communications, social media marketing, sales materials)
  • Event co-ordination/logistics (industry tradeshows, dinners, roundtables)
  • Website management

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce and publish content in multiple formats (inc. video) through social media, website, trade press, email and partner channels
  • Work with designers to produce campaign creative
  • Plan and manage Carterwood’s event calendar
  • Team up with product owners to create compelling sales assets
  • Take day to day ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with brand guidelines
  • Write copy for our Software-as-a-Service platforms
  • Produce presentations for sales meetings and industry events
  • Contribute to marketing/sales reporting
