Carterwood celebrates its tenth trading anniversary in 2018; building on a decade of successful year-on-year growth. The founders, Amanda Nurse and Ben Hartley, known for their drive, passion and determination, have established Carterwood as a nationally recognised and innovative advisor in the healthcare sector.
Amanda Nurse commented: “The vision and values that Ben and I shared when we set up Carterwood have served us well and have led the business to being able to enter our tenth anniversary with another record year, with everyone in the team playing their part in taking us to this great position. With the business continuing to grow so rapidly, we have made a number of promotions to ensure full support to our client base. This positions the business exceptionally well in terms of service delivery in the future.”
To facilitate the company’s future plans, Alex Taylor becomes director, Tom Hartley, and Matthew Drysdale are promoted to associate director and Jane Thackray has been appointed as head of central services.
Amanda Nurse, commenting on the promotions, said: “Alex, Tom and Matthew have all been with Carterwood for several years and have played instrumental roles in the company’s success to date. Their promotions are all well deserved. Jane has only recently been appointed and has made a huge impact on the business in a short space of time. At a time of unparalleled growth, the company is now on a major recruitment drive in the New Year to add to our existing team. Ben and I are immensely proud of the achievement of the team this year; and we are looking forward to an even better 2018.”
