We are thrilled to announce that Carterwood have been shortlisted in the Property Awards 2021 for the ‘Alternatives Team of the Year Commercial Property’ award.
The Property Awards, a Property Week event, is the UK’s leading and most prestigious annual awards dedicated to the full spectrum of the commercial property industry. Last year the awards celebrated their 25th anniversary during an exceptional and unprecedented year for all.
The ‘Alternatives Team of the Year Commercial Property’ award is dedicated to teams specialising in alternatives (student housing, PRS, retirement living, healthcare, hotels, self -storage, data centres, automotive, education and renewables) who have truly moved the dial in the past year with ground-breaking initiatives, strategies or deals. This award seeks to recognise the trail blazers and those that are leading the way in their industry, an area we are proud to be recognised for.

This shortlisting is Carterwood’s third this year, after having already been shortlisted for the Health Investor 2021 awards in two categories: ‘Technology provider of the year’ and ‘Property consultants of the year – capital markets’.
The winners of the Property Awards 2021 will be announced on the 12th of November 2021 at the InterContinental London O2. Starting at midday, the new day-time programme will pull out all the stops, including silver-service luncheon, live performances, networking and more. For those who can’t make it to the event in person, all guests will have access to an immersive online platform, where they can live-stream the event, network with other attendees and join in the fun.
