Elevation Healthcare Properties (“EHP”), a real estate fund advised by Elevation Advisors LLP (“Elevation”), is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the property underlying a state of the art care home located in Warwick. The home is let to the incumbent operator Berkley Care Group (“Berkley Care”). Berkley Care is a leading operator in the Midlands and has a strong reputation for offering its residents outstanding person-centred care within a luxurious hospitality-led environment.
The property was recently built to excellent standards, with full en-suite wetrooms, and is let on a long-term lease with RPI-linked escalator with cap and collar. Berkley Care becomes EHP’s sixth operator relationship. The acquisition further enhances EHP’s geographic and operator diversification.
