Following our recent award win as ‘Property consultants of the year – capital markets’ at the HealthInvestor Awards 2022, the Carterwood team are thrilled to be shortlisted for yet another award – the ‘Property consultant’ award at this year’s LaingBuisson Awards.
The LaingBuisson Awards celebrate businesses that set new standards of excellence within their industries. Now in its 17th year of recognising excellence, the awards are judged independently and objectively and focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisors. Last year the awards received 490 nominations, and in such a tough year of the COVID-19 pandemic, LaingBuisson commented on resilience and innovation shown in the entries.
The ‘Property consultant’ award is dedicated to teams who show excellence in advising on valuation, consulting, acquisition, sale, and financing of healthcare property assets. This excellence must extend to all areas, including:

- What sets the organisation apart from its competitors
- The organisations and its team’s key achievements
- Providing exemplary services and/or advice to clients
- Implementing innovation to achieve success
- Commitment to its people and wider stakeholders
